Light at the end of the tunnel

After a gruelling eight weeks, the end is finally in sight and our course will have come to an end.

In my interview for the course back in October last year, I was told that the nine weeks would be tough.

I never thought that the course would be easy but I distinctly remember thinking to myself, how tough could it be?

The answer?

Extremely tough. A mental and emotional battle, one that would be sure to stay with me forever.

So it's safe to say that now we are halfway through week eight, I am exhausted.

As each day passed, the course seemed to get harder and harder and I really wasn't sure I would be able to make it all the way through.

But, thankfully, I've surprised myself and I've survived because, despite all the hardship and the stress, this experience has given me a great group of friends and a lot of hilarity.

The fact that we've kept laughing our way through the past eight weeks and kept each other going with biscuits and banter is also a huge achievement in my eyes.

I can't say I'm going to miss the nervous breakdowns (Calipro is the devil), but I'm definitely going to miss the people.
