The Real Journalists of The Press Association

Quick Charlotte! Take a photo of me
for snapchat!
In an ideal world this blog post would be all about the brilliant new single from my one true love Miss Britney Spears (it's called Make Me and its amazing *insert flames emoji here*) BUT I have to write about something regarding the course and how I'm finding it.

Gosh, Roberta was right when she said journalism was about writing stuff you weren't interested in eh? *ba-dum-tsh!*

Okay so a course update. I haven't pulled my hair out yet or woke up dreading the day. I have, however, woken up and cried due to being so unbelievably tired and just wanting to watch The Real Housewives of New York.

Diva tantrums aside it's safe to say I am learning a hell of a lot. Short hand is proving quite a nice break from the intense deadlines of writing news stories and editing video footage down to create a cohesive news story. Yesterday we spent TWELVE hours at the Press Association editing the damn thing but there was a nice sense of achievement at the end of the day, a feeling I'm not sure I would have had if I spent the day watching Bethany throw shade a at her friends on the Real Housewives of New York.
