The best way to start your day

Uncharacteristically for me, I am going to keep this short and sweet.

We've all suffered from exhaustion on this course, bad days, angry fits, stress, worry, anxiety - but we pulled through, together, beautifully.

My personal solution was to wake up each morning and watch this. Twice, maybe three times. It helps to learn the routine too for those weeks where you just haven't been able to get to the gym. 

This is my gift to you.
