Hi, it's Emily C, we've just started the PMA @ The Press Association course.
It's the first day, and most of us look mildly traumatised. The course is pretty intense right from the start, and our first task for the day, after sizing everyone up and sharing secrets (there are a fair amount of closet Taylor Swift fans in the group), was to go out into Victoria with a set of tasks to scope out the area. We then had a few talks, got some horrific pictures taken, and started applying for jobs and placements right away.
It's all a bit of a blur, but far less stressful than I was expecting, and much more exciting.
Of course, this is only the first post, expect us to sound more unhinged as the lack of sleep and 10p coffees take hold.
