The wise words of Tumblr

Wisdom” and “Tumblr” are terms that probably don’t seem like they should go together, but the often do. I’m being serious here.

I use Tumblr to reblog things I think I’d like to read/see again later. So I was just scrolling through my Tumblr profile, and I noticed four consecutive quotes that have never been more appropriate until now. It’s 2am and I’m still awake, despite having to be up early tomorrow to get everything for this app sorted. I’ll take all the inspiration I can get.
1. To be honest this is more annoying than inspiring. It’s just making me even more aware that this stress of making sure everything is in on time is completely futile. I just need to man up and get it all done. Okay, I suppose it’s a good message after all.

2. I’ll be damned if someone can find a better quote than to describe our oddball little group of summer ’14 trainees. Put a group of intelligent people with a dry sense of humour into a room and you’re on to a winner.

3.Thank goodness. As a group of 20somethings mostly at the beginning of our careers, it’s nice to have a little reassurance that you don’t have to have everything sorted right this second.
4.This is to be the story of our lives. That’s right, we’re scrupulous writers now.

So thanks to Tumblr’s wisdom (plus a lot of photos of cute animals and funny GIFs) I’m feeling much more chipper now.
