'We all have to live together, so we might as well live together happily.'
The Dalai Lama usually knows what he's talking about, and when it comes to the PMA team he's spot on.
When you see the same group of people day in and day out, a good relationship develops pretty quickly. People who were literally strangers to you a few weeks ago become your boss, your critic, your confidante, your personal motivator, your rant sounding board and everything else in-between.
When you're operating on coffee, cigarettes and very little sleep, this relationship will be oddly comforting. Knowing you aren't in it alone and that someone else feels as unhinged as you do gives you the reassurance you need to keep going.
It also means if you begin to nod off at your desk you can interrogate the neighbours about what you just missed.
Disclaimer: This has never happened to me. It's a hypothetical situation. Honestly.
